Service Delivery Policy

Nodreel provides digital marketing services. We do not sell or ship physical products, so no shipping charges apply.

1. How we deliver

All work is delivered online: drafts appear in your Nodreel dashboard or are sent by email for approval, and approved content is published to the social media accounts you connect.

2. When we start

Your onboarding call is scheduled within 2 working days of payment. Your first content plan is shared within 5 working days of the onboarding call.

3. Ongoing delivery

Posts, reels and other deliverables are produced according to your plan and published on the schedule you approve. Monthly reports are sent within the first 7 days of the following month.

4. Delays

If we expect a delay, we tell you in advance by email. Delays caused by waiting for your approvals or content are not counted against our timelines.
